POSA Pole Sport World Championships will be held in Vantaa, Finland. Competition includes all pole sport categories for competitive, amateur and parapole.

Date of departure: 30/11/2026
At the 2026 Pole Sport World Championships, all amateur categories will be held as direct finals. The Competitive and Parapole categories will follow the Code of Points and the Rules and Regulations.
Detailed schedule will be made after the athlete registration and will be sent to the athletes on Welcome letter on October.
COMPETITION POLES AND STAGE:
The competition stage height is approximately 1 meter. The stage measures 8 by 8 meters and will be covered with tatami and a dance mat.
Competition poles are supplied by X-Pole: stainless steel, 45 mm in diameter. The distance between the poles is 2.85–3.1 meters.
In the warm-up area, at least two X-Pole 45 mm stage poles are available.
TO PARTICIPATE AN ATHLETE IS REQUIRED TO:
- completed WADA anti-doping education: https://adel.wada-ama.org/learn/learning-plans/1/international-level-athletes-education-program-english
- WHEA / POSA license with approved anti-doping contract no later than August 26th, 2026
- medical insurance covering the competition
- paid the competition fee when registered as an athlete
