Pilates will improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance.
It also supports your journey on your yoga practice.
All levels welcome, there will always be options and different variations on poses.
Classes are primarily taught in English.
Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.
