Get ready for a fun and sweaty pilates class that will leave you feeling energized and sculpted.
This class blends traditional pilates movements with strength-building exercises designed to tone and sculpt your body. With upbeat, groovy music to keep you motivated, we’ll focus on improving your strength, flexibility, and muscle definition as we move through bodyweight exercises, light resistance, and controlled movements.
Expect to challenge your body with exercises that target every muscle group, all while focusing on proper alignment of the spine. You’ll feel the burn in all the right places, leaving you with a stronger body by the end of class.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, there will always be modifications to suit your level. Come prepared to work hard and have fun!
Classes are primarily taught in English.
Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.
