A balanced 30-minute class that blends the best of yoga and pilates.
Red Light Yogalates combines mindful flows, core-focused Pilates exercises, and gentle strength work to improve stability, flexibility, and body awareness. The movements are controlled and low-impact, creating a practice that strengthens the body while still feeling fluid and grounding.
Each participant practices with one lamp placed in front of the mat that emits two therapeutic wavelengths:
• Red light supports cellular energy, skin health, and helps reduce surface inflammation
• Near-infrared light penetrates deeper to support muscles and joints, improve circulation, and assist recovery
Together, these two types of light gently warm the body, helping muscles stay supple and supporting both strength and mobility throughout the practice.
Perfect for: anyone who enjoys the flow of yoga combined with the core strength and precision of Pilates.
Classes are taught in English.
Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
