Connect to your conscious breath and flow through asanas like you mean it! You will strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you move from one pose to the next, allowing your body and the mind to be challenged as they become one. Earlier experience of yoga asana recommended - this might not be the best class for beginners.
Classes are primarily taught in English.
Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.
Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
