Float, move and unwind in this calming class where we use aerial silks to gently support our practice. We'll explore slow flowing movements to create a sense of ease, spaciousness and release throughout the body.
This restorative practice is suitable for all levels, no prior aerial experience needed.
Please note that participation in the class is at your own risk. For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask you to wear a long-sleeved top and avoid any jewelry. We also recommend wearing long pants, and for those with long hair, please keep it tied up during the class.
Classes are primarily taught in English.
Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
