Red Light Yin

Tiedot

A soothing 30-minute yin practice with long holds and deep release.

Your personal lamp provides two types of light:

Red light – calms surface inflammation and supports skin health

Near-infrared light – relaxes deeper tissues and encourages nervous-system regulation

The gentle warmth eases the fascia, helps the body soften and promotes deep relaxation.

Perfect for: unwinding tension and settling the mind.

For the best results, we recommend wearing shorts and a top, as the red light works most effectively when it reaches bare skin.

Classes are taught in English.

Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
