Slow Flow

Tiedot

Pace yourself and allow your body to slow down, as you consciously breathe through this graceful slow flow. Follow your movements like a dance as you create heat, energise your body and boost its ability to cleanse itself.

Classes often have a theme, a silver lining to the sequence.

All levels welcome. Classes are primarily taught in English.

Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.
