Vesitaito 1 on 10-13-vuotiaille lapsille tarkoitettu kurssi. Pääsyvaatimuksena on 25 m uimataito ja rohkeus temppuilla vedessä. Tällä kurssilla tutustutaan uintiurheilun monipuolisuuteen harjoittelemalla muun muassa uinnin, taitouinnin, vesipallon ja uimahyppyjen sisältöjä. Kurssilla harjoitellaan lisäksi vesiturvallisuustaitoja. Pääpaino opetuksessa on oppia oikea uintitekniikka, mutta sen lisäksi pidetään hauskaa ja löydetään liikunnan ilo!

Tavoitteena on saavuttaa 100 m yhtäjaksoinen uimataito.

Kurssitiedot ja maksaminen
Kurssin kesto on 17 kertaa launtaisin Martinlaakson uimahallilla. Kurssin hinta on 223€ (+5 € jäsenmaksu/vuosi). Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä maksetaan 100€ varausmaksu. Loppuhinta 123€ laskutetaan erikseen syyskuussa (eräpäivä 30.9.2026). Kurssimaksu sisältää vakuutuksen sekä uimahallin sisäänpääsymaksut. Vesitaito 1

• Kurssi alkaa nimenhuudolla aulassa.
• Nimenhuudosta lapset siirtyvät pukuhuoneille, ja toimivat siellä itsenäisesti.
• Lapset tapaavat ohjaajan altailla aulassa sovitussa paikassa.

Tarvitset mukaan:

• Uimapuku
• Pyyhe
• Uimalasit

Huomioithan

• Ruokailusta tulee olla vähintään puoli tuntia ennen kurssin alkua.
• Lapsen tulee olla terve osallistuakseen uintiin, jotta muut lapset, ohjaajat ja uimahallin muu henkilökunta pysyvät terveinä.

Vesitaito 1 is a course designed for children aged 10–13. Prerequisites: Ability to swim 25 meters both front and back in the large pool and confidence to play and move freely in the water.

On this course, children explore the variety of aquatic sports by practicing elements of swimming, artistic swimming, water polo, and diving. The course also includes important water safety skills.

The main focus is on learning proper swimming technique, but having fun and discovering the joy of movement are equally important!

The goal is to achieve a continuous 100-meter swimming ability.

Course Information and Payment

The course consists of 17 sessions held on Saturdays at Martinlaakso Swimming Hall. The course fee is 223€. At the time of registration, a 100€ reservation fee is paid. The remaining amount of 123€ will be charged separately in September (due date 30.9.2026). The course fee includes insurance and entrance to the swimming hall. Vesitaito 1

• The course begins with a roll call in the lobby of the swimming hall.
• After toll call, all children go to the changing rooms, change clothes and shower (independently).
• The children meet the instructor at the pool.

You will need:

• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Swimming goggles

Please Note:

• Long hair must be tied back.
• There should be at least half an hour between eating and the start of the swimming school.
• The child must be healthy in order to participate in the swimming lessons, so that other children, instructors, and swimming hall staff stay healthy.
