Self-massage and -release

In the class you will use massage balls, yoga blocks and blankets to give yourself a whole body massage.
Humans have fascia in several layers (for instance: superfial and deep fascia under the skin, fascia around each muscle and fascia holding the inner organs in place).
The goal is to release tight fascia and treat the body from the soles of the feet to the back of the head.
You can always choose the intensity level of the pressure yourself, experience the warmth in your body and activate the healing and regenerative processes of your body. You might feel longer, more free or relaxed after the class.
Classes are primarily taught in English.
Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.
Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
