Here it comes: Mat Barre!

Barre combines elements of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training with a fun approach to movement and alignment. We do not have a barre - so we get creative and use a wall and props instead.

Barre classes focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form and core engagement.

Get yourself ready to feel the burn as you flow through this sweat sesh.

Classes are primarily taught in English.

Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.

Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
